By working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to establish a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship between you, our valued client, and our team. Please take the time to review these terms, as they form the basis of our agreement.

Introduction

At Flyway Media, we are dedicated to creating distinctive brand identities through branding and identity design, packaging and product design, publication design and social media & marketing. Our approach is rooted in transparency, professionalism and creativity, ensuring that we deliver outstanding results that align with your brand’s vision and connect with your target audience.

Our Services

At Flyway Media, we offer a diverse range of services to help your brand stand out :
• Publication Design : Professional layouts for brochures, magazines, and marketing materials.
• Branding & Identity Design : Crafting unique logos and complete brand identity systems.
• Digital Marketing : Strategic social media marketing, content creation, and online brand promotion.
• Packaging & Product Design : Eye-catching and functional packaging designs that enhance product appeal.

Project Timeline

Clients must confirm the timeline at the time of project finalization. Generally, we require 15 to 20 days for project completion.

Printing Services

• Print Delivery Time : Printing orders are typically completed within 7 to 10 days.
• Pickup & Delivery : Clients need to collect their prints from us. If they are unable to do so, we can arrange delivery and the client will be responsible for the delivery charges.
• Finalized Design : Once the design is approved for printing, no further changes can be made. Clients should carefully review and confirm the design before finalizing.
• Print Variations : There may be slight differences between the digital preview and the final printed version. Flyway Media is not responsible for such variations.
• Client Provided Designs : If a client provides a ready-to-print design, it is their responsibility to ensure the file is of high quality. Any issues or variations in the final print will be solely the client’s responsibility.

Payment Terms

For package-based services, full payment (100%) is required in advance. For custom projects, payment can be made in two installments : 50% upfront and 50% upon project after completion. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Phone Pay or G Pay. Please note that all payments made after the deal is finalized are non-refundable.

Non-Cancellation Policy

Once a project is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. No refunds or adjustments will be provided. Any modifications after confirmation will be treated as a new scope of work and may incur additional charges. By confirming a project with Flyway Media, the client agrees to this policy.

Final Deliverables

• Brand Identity Design : Once the brand identity design is finalized and full payment is received, we will provide the final files in formats such as CDR, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPEG. This includes logo variations and color codes.
• Packaging and Product Design : After the packaging design is approved and full payment is received, we will deliver the final print-ready files in formats such as CDR, AI and PDF.
• Publication Design : Once the publication design (brochure, magazine, report, or any other format) is finalized and payment is completed, we will provide the final files in high-resolution PDF for printing, along with web-optimized versions if included in the package. Additional file formats are available upon request. (It will be charged separately.)
• Custom Projects : For custom projects, clients must specify the required file format at the time of finalization. All requirements should be clearly communicated in advance to ensure proper project delivery.

Post Delivery Responsibility

Once the project is delivered and finalized, Any changes or corrections must be requested within 15 days of delivery. After this period, further modifications will be considered a separate service and may incur additional charges. Flyway Media holds no responsibility for any modifications, errors, or issues that arise thereafter.

Client Responsibilities

To complete your project on time, we need your quick responses and feedback. If we don’t receive updates or feedback within one weeks, the project may be delayed by 2-3 months.

Intellectual Property Rights

After full payment, the client gains the rights to use the final design. However, we reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio or use it for promotional purposes.

Legal Responsibility

Flyway Media is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues related to the designs we create. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all content provided to us does not violate any copyrights.

Quotation Validity

All price quotations are valid for 1 week (7 days) from the issue date. If you choose to proceed after this period, the terms and pricing may be revised.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Any information or materials you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your permission, except when required by law.

Termination of Agreement

Either party can cancel the agreement at any time before the final deliverables are provided. However, the advance payment is non-refundable. Termination must be requested in writing and will take effect from the date we receive the notice.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Flyway Media reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Please stay updated and review the latest terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Office Timings & Appointments

• Office Hours : Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)
• Meetings by Appointment : If a client wishes to visit, prior inform is required to schedule a meeting.
